Use your home as your wellbeing tool
You are not the client who needs convincing that their home matters. You already know. The problem is that every designer you've spoken to started with a moodboard and ended with a room that looks correct and feels like nothing.
You've spent serious money on this. You're still walking in and waiting for something to happen.
This is not an aesthetic problem.
You are someone whose nervous system is supposed to recover, regulate, and remember who you actually are when you walk through that door. Right now, your home isn't doing that. It's either stuck in a version of you that no longer exists, or it's an expensive performance of taste that has nothing to do with how your body needs to feel.
You have not been asking the wrong question. You have been asking the wrong people.
